Once you have taken measurements, complete the order form below. One form needs to be completed for each cadet.
NOTE: The deadline for FTU orders for the 2020-21 training year was 15 Sep 20. No direction on the next round of order fulfillment has been released. We are still accepting orders from cadets, and will hold onto those orders until we are able to fulfill them at a later date.
